• ITIL Overview (1 day - no accreditation required)
• ITIL Foundation (3 days - DIGANO is accredited)
• ITIL Cluster Support & Restore (5 days - DIGANO is accredited)
• ITIL Cluster Release & Control (5 days - DIGANO is accredited)
• ITIL Service Management / Master's level (12 days - DIGANO's materials are accredited with DIGANO's partners) - a request is submitted to obtain DIGANO's own accreditation.
• Planning to Implement IT Service Management (3 days - DIGANO has formal permission to run this course)
• RepITILe (1 year online ITIL course, based on DIGANO's Foundation product) - offered in cooperation with MemoTrainer.
